Most recently, as Head of Strategy & Revenue Operations at Embark, he built and scaled the firm's Business Transformation practice to $70M in revenue within four years.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Billy earned his Master's Degree from TCU. He has held consulting roles at Deloitte and Riveron and led Finance and Business Intelligence functions inside operating companies. Billy's cross-functional expertise and focus on execution enable him to deliver practical, scalable solutions to complex business challenges.

Greg Dyer - Partner
Greg is a finance and strategy leader with a background that spans startups, corporates, and consulting. He previously led finance and business development at CerSci Therapeutics, guiding the company through a successful acquisition, and held consulting roles at Riveron focused on business performance improvement.
He began his career managing project finances for large-scale energy projects and now brings structure, adaptability, and an operator’s mindset to every client engagement. Greg thrives on turning ideas into action—and making complex paths feel clear and achievable.
Cameron Taggart - Partner
Cameron is a revenue growth consultant with deep experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing, and sales. As VP of Marketing at Embark, he helped grow revenue from $4M to $149M in six years and built the firm’s RevOps function to support continued scale.
Earlier in his career, Cameron co-founded a B2B digital agency and held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and client success at PE- and VC-backed companies.
